Job Summary
The Tool Crib Attendant plays a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the proper management and upkeep of both CNC and manual tool inventories, crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. This position involves performing essential duties related to tool pre-setting and collaborating with production teams to align with manufacturing timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and inspect CNC and manual tool inventory to ensure all tools are operationally ready.
- Perform pre-setting of tools and maintain accurate records of tool usage and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production teams to support and optimize manufacturing schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with CNC tools and related tooling processes.
- Ability to effectively use measurement tools and maintain comprehensive inventory records.
- Skilled in interpreting technical schematics and understanding tool specifications.
