**Trades Maintenance Helper**
The Trades Maintenance Helper plays a vital role in the upkeep and repair of buildings, grounds, and fleet machinery. Key duties involve conducting inspections, maintaining cleanliness in workspaces, and ensuring tools and safety gear are utilized correctly and responsibly. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of six months of relevant experience in fields such as automotive, mechanical, or equipment maintenance. A current driver’s license is mandatory, and the position requires engaging in physically demanding tasks, including the ability to lift weights of up to 75 pounds.
