**Trades Maintenance Specialist I**
The Trades Maintenance Specialist I undertakes skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks for various building systems, equipment, and facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and technical requirements, while also maintaining comprehensive operational documentation. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of journey-level experience in areas such as building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be able to secure a jail pass and successfully pass a background investigation.
