**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager is responsible for developing and implementing workforce strategies aimed at aiding individuals who encounter employment challenges through focused outreach and personalized assistance. In this role, they will manage data, maintain compliance standards, and foster collaborations with employers and community entities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is highly preferred, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in workforce or economic development. Candidates should be familiar with WIOA guidelines and have the flexibility to travel to different locations as needed.
