Job description
**Job Title: Trainer**
The trainer is responsible for the conceptualization, development, and execution of regular training materials and programs tailored for application within the program, employing the ADDIE instructional design framework. Additionally, this role entails partnering with subject matter experts to revise curriculum outlines and ensure the effectiveness of interactive online training platforms. Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline and have between 2 to 5 years of experience in creating and delivering training. It is also essential for applicants to be US citizens and eligible to obtain a secret security clearance.
