The Outfitter carries out a variety of functions within the distribution center, including the loading and unloading of trailers, selecting and packing customer orders, as well as overseeing inventory management. This position also entails responsibilities related to training, upholding a tidy workspace, and providing support across different departments as necessary. Applicants should demonstrate strong attention to detail, proficiency with numerical data, and effective professional communication skills. The physical demands of the role require the ability to remain standing for the duration of the shift, utilize a step ladder, and regularly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
