Job description
The role entails the creation and execution of training initiatives for both custodial and trades personnel, focusing on curriculum design and safety training. Furthermore, the position includes overseeing vendor partnerships, tracking facility metrics, and performing surveys on organizational culture. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in public administration, education, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in teaching or training. A current OSHA certification is also necessary for this position.
