Job description
The Training Specialist plays a vital role in providing both technical and tactical training to production staff via classroom sessions and hands-on floor instruction. This position entails the development and execution of training programs, tracking employee advancement, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those holding an associate degree. A minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing production is required, complemented by excellent communication and computer proficiency.
