**Employee Relations Manager**
The Employee Relations Manager will deliver HR leadership and guidance across various locations, emphasizing performance management and enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role will act as the main authority on labor relations, handling union grievances and engaging in collective bargaining and contract negotiations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of advancing experience in Human Resources, specifically with hands-on involvement in a unionized environment. A bachelor’s degree or HR certification is highly desirable, accompanied by a solid understanding of employment law and outstanding communication abilities.
