Job Summary
This position may require EOW (Every Other Weekend) or EOH (Every Other Holiday) obligations. The role comes with the possibility of intermittently taking on charge responsibilities, with training and shadowing opportunities provided for those who need to enhance their skills in charge duties.
Responsibilities
- Attend and fulfill EOW or EOH work commitments as necessary.
- Engage in charge responsibilities on an as-needed basis, ensuring that all related tasks are completed effectively.
- Participate in charge training and shadowing to develop proficiency in leadership and operational management.
Qualifications
- Willingness to commit to EOW/EOH scheduling requirements.
- Desire to learn and participate in charge roles, with support provided through training initiatives.
