Job description
The role of Transportation Associate involves ensuring the safe transit of passengers to their medical appointments, as well as providing assistance during boarding and deboarding processes. Additionally, this position requires the upkeep of the assigned vehicle to ensure it remains in safe working order, and it is important to keep accurate records of all trips and any incidents that occur. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and should be insurable under the company’s insurance policies. The job necessitates the capability to perform physical duties, including the operation of a wheelchair lift, and requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients.
