The Medical Director will oversee the clinical team, provide guidance to fellow veterinarians, and maintain a standard of medical excellence while also actively managing their clinical caseload. This role involves collaborating with the hospital leadership to promote a positive working environment, stimulate practice development, and guarantee the provision of exceptional patient care. Applicants are required to have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree and a valid veterinary license in Wisconsin. Prior experience in leadership or mentorship is desirable, in addition to having robust surgical capabilities and a dedication to evidence-based veterinary practices.
