Job description
**Job Title: Trauma Registrar**
The Trauma Registrar plays a key role in gathering and analyzing medical record data while overseeing the trauma registry database to enhance performance improvement initiatives. This position also involves contributing to quality improvement research, supporting educational efforts for staff related to trauma care. Ideal candidates should possess at least a two-year college degree in a medical field along with a minimum of two years of experience in either emergency or trauma care settings. Competence in computer applications and medical terminology is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to complete courses in injury scaling and data management within 12 months of hire.
