Job Summary
The Universal Banker is integral to delivering a comprehensive suite of banking services. This position encompasses executing teller transactions, establishing new accounts, and providing assistance to customers with inquiries or issues related to their accounts. Additionally, the Universal Banker plays a vital role in promoting bank products, ensuring branch security, and aiding the Branch Manager in the efficient operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of teller transactions for customers.
- Facilitate the opening and management of new accounts.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and account-related challenges.
- Promote and cross-sell various bank products to customers.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the branch environment.
- Assist the Branch Manager with routine operational duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to on-the-job training requirements effectively.
- Previous experience in retail banking is preferred but not mandatory.
