Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Medford, Oregon. This position offers an attractive weekly pay ranging from $1,818 to $2,099. The Surgical Technologist will support surgical teams in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital, providing exceptional patient care and assisting in various surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams during operations by preparing and handling surgical instruments.
- Ensure the surgical environment is sterile and adheres to safety protocols.
- Support in patient positioning and preparation for procedures.
- Manage surgical supplies and instruments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with surgeons and other medical staff to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Experience in a surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
