Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team in Springfield, Oregon. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals dedicated to providing excellent surgical care. The position is currently available onsite and provides competitive pay. Specific shift schedules will be elaborated upon during the application process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are available for surgeries.
- Support surgeons during operations by passing instruments and materials as required.
- Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Participate in the cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments post-procedure.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to travel and work with a compassionate healthcare team.
