Job Summary
We are in search of a travel Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role is essential in delivering high-quality surgical services in an acute care environment. The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for providing support to ensure the well-being of patients undergoing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of medical professionals.
- Deliver comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgeries.
- Coordinate with the medical office and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that surgical instruments and equipment are ready and sterile for use.
- Adhere to exemplary safety and hygiene practices in the operating room.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
