Job Summary
The therapist position involves delivering personalized counseling services via secure video conferencing while ensuring precise clinical documentation for every client. This role also includes collaborating in team supervision and seeking guidance from a clinical supervisor on intricate or high-risk cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions through secure video platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records for all clients.
- Participate actively in team supervision meetings.
- Consult with a clinical supervisor regarding complex or high-risk cases.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Possession of a valid New Mexico professional license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.).
- Experience in clinical mental health therapy is essential.
