Job Summary
The position of Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is available in Newberg, Oregon, offering a competitive weekly salary of $1,900. This role requires the technician to work onsite in a Short Term Acute Care facility, specifically tailored for those who can commit to a daytime schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to assist in diagnosing and treating patients.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures within the laboratory setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret lab results accurately.
- Manage laboratory equipment and ensure all tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records as per protocol.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent qualification.
