Job Summary
The role involves ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The responsibilities include maintaining various areas such as floors, equipment, furnishings, and restrooms, while utilizing cleaning agents and equipment correctly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, including all surfaces and restrooms.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety standards.
- Handle waste management and seasonal cleaning tasks effectively.
- Identify and report any repair or maintenance needs promptly.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and quality regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous cleaning experience in a GMP-regulated setting, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- A minimum of one year of similar work experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for the role.
