Job description
**Job Title: Superintendent**
The Superintendent oversees all aspects of field operations and administrative functions to guarantee projects are executed on time and within financial constraints. It is essential for them to uphold safety standards and quality control measures, while effectively managing subcontractors and facilitating open communication with project managers and clients. Ideal candidates will possess 5 to 25 years of experience as a lead superintendent, particularly in tilt-up construction projects exceeding 100,000 square feet. A strong command of Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools, along with excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, is necessary for this role.
