Job Summary
The Executive Director will collaborate closely with the trading leadership team to enhance the utilization of capital, liquidity, and balance sheet resources while making impactful real-time trading decisions. This role requires leadership of a dedicated team focused on creating analytics and tools aimed at clarifying resource costs and limitations.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with trading leadership to improve capital, liquidity, and balance sheet management.
- Guide a team in developing analytics and tools for increased transparency of resource expenses and restrictions.
- Influence trading decisions in real-time through analytical insights.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in markets treasury or a similar financial role.
- Extensive understanding of capital and liquidity management frameworks.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Strong capability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively influence their decision-making processes.
