**Job Title: Special Needs Support Provider**
In this role, you will deliver direct support to children with special needs within educational environments. You will work closely with educators and families to put into action tailored plans aimed at helping each child thrive. Your responsibilities will include sharing behavioral insights with the treatment team and aiding young individuals in acquiring critical coping mechanisms, social capabilities, and independent living skills. Applicants should have a high school diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE), with a preference for those holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services discipline. Proficiency in basic computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to clear a criminal background check are required.
