**Job Title: TRS Mentor Program Specialist**
The TRS Mentor Program Specialist is responsible for delivering on-site evaluations, providing mentorship, and offering technical assistance to childcare providers to uphold quality standards. This role also involves organizing professional development initiatives, overseeing contract documentation, and ensuring adherence to both state and local regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or a similar discipline, complemented by applicable experience, or hold a bachelor’s degree. A current Texas driver’s license is necessary, along with the capacity to travel across the seventy-county area.
