Job description
The Unit Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing a skilled nursing unit with 60 beds, focusing on staff management, supervising clinical rounds, and guaranteeing exceptional care for residents. Key duties involve supervising risk management initiatives, organizing interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensuring the accuracy of medical records. Applicants must have a valid and active RN license in California and a minimum of five years of supervisory nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, critical thinking capabilities, and familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC).
