The Universal Banker provides a full range of retail banking services, including processing transactions and opening new accounts. They also cross-sell financial products, resolve customer inquiries, and assist with branch closing procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. A minimum of 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
