Job Summary
The Universal Banker II acts as a key frontline advisor with a focus on teller services, account opening for consumer deposit accounts, and assessing customer financial needs to recommend suitable products. This role is vital in maintaining operational excellence, adhering to regulatory standards, and participating in both branch sales initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage teller operations and assist in executing transactions smoothly.
- Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers’ financial needs for suitable product referrals.
- Guarantee compliance with operational and regulatory policies.
- Actively partake in branch sales activities to promote services and products.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in banking, customer service, or cash handling.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in the role.
