The Universal Banker manages day-to-day branch operations, processes transactions, and provides high-quality client service. They are also responsible for cross-selling bank products, opening new accounts, and coaching branch teams to meet performance goals. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 30lbs. Possession of or the ability to obtain an NMLS registration is required.
