Job Summary
Community Care Urology is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our well-established healthcare team in Troy, New York. The successful candidate will integrate into a progressive, independent multispecialty medical group that leverages modern practices to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic care to patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients on urology-related issues for informed health decisions.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in urology to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Physician Assistant or a Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner in New York.
- Experience in urology or a related medical field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
