The Laboratory Assistant will carry out phlebotomy duties, manage specimen processing, and oversee the laboratory’s inventory and equipment maintenance. This role includes ensuring adherence to safety protocols and working alongside clinical personnel to facilitate precise patient testing. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in phlebotomy. Familiarity with medical terminology and excellent organizational abilities are essential, and having phlebotomy certification is an advantage.
