Job description
The Asset Protection Operations Coach plays a key role in boosting sales by facilitating optimal merchandise display and guiding store teams towards achieving operational excellence. This position also involves overseeing loss prevention strategies, performing investigations, and managing safety protocols to create a secure and profitable retail atmosphere. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of college education or 1 year of applicable supervisory or asset protection experience. Completing state-specific asset protection regulations and background screenings is essential.
