Job description
The Project Manager will act as the representative of the owner, overseeing corporate real estate and capital enhancement projects from their inception to completion. Key responsibilities encompass budget management, scheduling, and procurement, as well as collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee successful execution of projects. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate or construction sectors is essential.
