**Job Title: IT Business Analyst**
As the lead for requirements gathering on complex projects, you will leverage a variety of analytical techniques and play a key role as a central IT Business Analyst. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor partnerships, conducting root cause analysis on production issues, and working closely with stakeholders to create effective business solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within a commercial oncology laboratory. Applicants should have a robust understanding of LIMS data structures, software development lifecycles, and demonstrate the capability to operate independently in a dynamic work environment.
