Job description
**Job Title: Meat Lead**
The Meat Lead is responsible for overseeing the meat department team to enhance sales performance, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold top-tier quality and safety standards. This role involves utilizing digital resources for effective inventory management and production planning while promoting a cooperative and inclusive workplace culture. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a meat production environment or in a supervisory capacity, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. A Food Handler Certification is advantageous, and the position entails completing all required training and assessments pertinent to the job.
