**Job Title: Patient Access Representative**
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for managing front-end registration processes such as verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and providing financial counseling to patients. This role also involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while keeping patient records precise and assisting in the collection of outstanding financial obligations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare or customer service. Essential qualifications include expertise in insurance verification, excellent communication abilities, and a typing proficiency of no less than 35 words per minute.
