Job description
The Merchandising Lead is in charge of guiding team members to provide exceptional service to members while ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor. This role involves restocking inventory, upholding safety protocols, and managing the collection and preparation of club pickup orders. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail along with 6 months in customer service. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in leading teams, recruiting, and developing staff skills.
