Job Summary
The Power & Energy Senior Program Director will oversee the strategic direction and management of programs within the power and energy sectors. This role involves coordinating efforts to ensure that projects align with the company’s mission while optimizing performance and fostering innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic programs within the power and energy domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for program management.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as necessary to enhance results.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of programs with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and support to project managers and teams to facilitate project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in program management, specifically within the energy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
