**Job Title: Employee Lifecycle Manager**
The Employee Lifecycle Manager is responsible for managing the complete employee journey from hiring to onboarding and retention across various wash facilities. This role involves guiding site leadership, evaluating performance data, and ensuring that staffing aligns with labor requirements. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in human resources or managing multiple units in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and possession of a valid driver’s license are essential for this position, which is field-based.
