**Overnight Stocking Coach**
The Overnight Stocking Coach is responsible for guiding and mentoring store associates while upholding exceptional customer service and operational standards. This position focuses on enhancing financial outcomes, overseeing inventory processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical guidelines. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of college education or a combination of one year of retail experience along with one year of supervisory experience. Successful candidates must complete all necessary job training and may be subject to background checks based on facility needs.
