**Home Care Manager**
The Home Care Manager is responsible for organizing the schedules of residents and caregivers to facilitate the provision of exceptional care and effective service pairing. This role acts as the main liaison for residents and their families, addressing questions and addressing any service-related issues. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential, as well as a valid driver’s license.
