Job description
The Veterinary Assistant will assist veterinarians in conducting examinations, administering treatments, and performing surgical procedures, ensuring safe handling of patients at all times. Additionally, they will be tasked with keeping precise medical records and advising clients on treatment plans and discharge instructions. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant and demonstrate skill in animal handling and restraint. A keen eye for detail, the ability to work well within a team, and the physical stamina to carry out daily tasks in the hospital setting are essential.
