Job description
The veterinary assistant will aid veterinarians during examinations, surgical procedures, and dental work, ensuring the safety of patients through proper handling and restraint techniques. Additionally, they will be tasked with keeping precise medical documentation and building strong client relationships through informative and attentive service. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in veterinary or animal care, along with skills in animal handling and restraint. A robust work ethic, the ability to work well within a team, and the physical stamina to handle daily responsibilities are essential.
