Job description
The Veterinary Assistant will be responsible for ensuring safe handling and restraint of patients while aiding in outpatient care, surgical procedures, and dental treatments. This role includes the accurate maintenance of medical records and providing clients with education on treatment plans as well as discharge procedures. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinary assistant and demonstrate proficiency in patient care protocols. Essential skills include excellent communication, keen attention to detail, and the physical capability to manage patients.
