**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The physical therapist is responsible for assessing and providing treatment to individuals with physical limitations to enhance their mobility and everyday functioning. They deliver expert care as prescribed by physicians and provide guidance to family members and the wider healthcare team. Applicants are required to possess a valid state physical therapy license along with a driver’s license that includes automobile liability insurance. This position necessitates reliable transportation and the capability to drive in differing weather conditions to reach patients at home.
