Job description
**Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist**
The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients at our hospital, responsible for coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and efficiently handling multi-line phone systems while delivering outstanding customer service. This position also includes supporting veterinarians with tasks related to patient handling, restraint, and basic care, in addition to ensuring the cleanliness of the facility. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a reception capacity, with a preference for those who have experience in veterinary or healthcare front-desk roles. Essential skills include expertise in multi-line phone operations and veterinary practice management software, complemented by strong organizational and communication abilities.
