**Veterinary Receptionist**
As the main liaison for clients, the Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for coordinating appointments, overseeing patient flow, and managing multi-line phone communications. This role involves processing payments and delivering empathetic support to clients in both ordinary and challenging circumstances. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service or reception capacity, with a preference for candidates holding experience in veterinary or healthcare settings. Proficiency in practice management software and the capability to manage high-volume phone inquiries are essential.
