Job Summary
The Vice President of Rides and Technical Services will oversee all aspects of ride operations, maintenance, and technical service delivery across our facilities. This key leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence and safety standards while enhancing guest experience through innovative solutions and robust service strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all ride operations and technical services teams, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Enhance guest experiences through the introduction of efficient ride technologies and innovative service strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve organizational goals related to ride entertainment services.
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors for technical support and servicing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within amusement parks or entertainment services.
- Strong knowledge of ride technologies, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
