Job Summary
The Video and Podcast Production Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of video and podcast creation. This remote position on a one-year contract offers an hourly wage of $19 and involves coordinating production activities, managing projects, and ensuring seamless content execution in alignment with the organization’s marketing and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of video and podcast production, including detailed planning, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Help manage various video and podcast projects at once, ensuring that production deadlines and key milestones are adhered to.
- Collaborate with producers, writers, editors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth content development and production processes.
- Organize and schedule video interviews and podcast sessions, manage relevant calendars, and handle logistics for a seamless production environment.
- Keep well-maintained records and archives for completed projects to support effective management and easy access to content.
- Assist in the publishing, distribution, and promotional strategies across various channels.
- Offer administrative and project-related support to ensure the delivery of high-quality video and podcast content that aligns with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- An Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media Production is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred to enhance eligibility.
- Familiarity with video production software is essential.
