Job description
As a customer service associate, your role will involve greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and guiding them in choosing the appropriate products for their home enhancement projects. You will also be responsible for keeping the inventory well-organized by restocking shelves and configuring merchandise based on customer specifications. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months of experience with computers and retail systems, as well as foundational skills in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic. The position requires the ability to engage in physical activities, including standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing at least 25 pounds.
