Job description
The Vice President of Clinical Service Line is tasked with overseeing the strategic direction, administrative management, and operational performance of clinical service divisions. This position involves working closely with physician leaders to establish clinical protocols, oversee budgetary responsibilities, and promote program expansion within the healthcare organization. Applicants should have an associate or bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management capacity. A strong background in clinical operations, strategic planning, and financial oversight in a healthcare setting is essential.
